CES 2007 - SMK

SMK exhibited an improved piezo actuated haptic touch screen. SMK is now working in cooperation with Immersion, who is developing drivers for the system. Glass on glass touchscreens with storage temperatures up to 95 C are available, and improved actuation is producing stronger haptic effects.
